How Do I Earn Money?

When the judgment is satisfied, you retain 30 to 70 percent  (50% is average) of the monies recovered. The percentage varies depending on the age and size of the judgment.

How Much Money Will I Earn?

Federal guidelines prohibit us from making monthly or yearly income claims. However, we can tell you that you will work on Judgments valued at several thousand dollars and that you can retain 30 - 70 percent of all the money you recover. This can represent a lot of money.

How Do I Become The Owner Of A Judgment?

The original judgment holder will execute an assignment transferring ownership of the judgment and conveying his rights to you.

Can I Work part Time?

Absolutely. Our Database is available 7 days a week, 22 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you can find a few hours per month to visit the courthouse, this business can certainly be done part-time.

What Type Of Work Will I Be Doing?

Primarily investigative work using the telephone, database and other sources of information to locate people (skip trace) and assets. It can best be described as putting pieces of a puzzle together You will do approximately. 90 percent research and 10 percent paperwork. If you have an analytical mind you will likely enjoy this work. Our students typically comment that the work is enjoyable and rewarding.

Am I Limited to a Particular Area?

No, you are free to market your services anywhere nationwide.

Do I Need Experience Working With Judgments?

No, we more than adequately train you in all areas of recovering judgments.

Am I Required to Communicate with The Debtor?

No. We neither call the debtor nor send any form of written communication  Instead, we  perform  research to locate the assets and then execute on them through the legal system.

Is This Collections?

Absolutely not! Collections is the process leading up to a lawsuit and subsequent to Judgment. Collectors use the threat of a lawsuit but have no right to "take" the money. Once a Judgment has been awarded, the collections process stops and the Judgment holder has a legal right to the assets that are not exempted.

Will I Be Taking Money From People Who Can't Afford It?

No! We only target those who are back on their feet and doing well financially yet never went back and paid what they legally and morally should.

How Do I Use The Database?

You will have access to 3 billion records nationwide. The type of public records available varies from state to state, but the most useful information to perform this business is available nationwide. You can even pull credit header reports which are the primary tool we use.

Is There a Charge to Use The Database?

There is a monthly subscription fee currently $25 per month. You will also be charged for each report you pull. The reports typically used for this business range in price from $7 - $25 (95% of the reports we use are under $10). However, we teach you how to do preliminary research to avoid pulling unnecessary reports.

What Type Of Computer Will I Need?

Any IBM® compatible capable of running Microsoft Windows® preferably (Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP ®) will work fine. You will also need a printer to print the reports you pull from the Database.
